“I have been receiving your emails for quite awhile now and enjoy getting them a lot. Last summer I noted some things I was interested in purchasing, but didn't get around to doing so. After finishing my Christmas shopping, I decided to treat myself, so mid-December ordered 2 maps and the Luckenbooth ring and pendant! I knew they would arrive after Jan 1 as I live in Canada, and they arrived just about when I thought they would, well wrapped, in good condition and as good as they appeared on your website! Thank you soooo much...M Macaulay from London, Ontario, Canada”

“We were happy to find useful products with our clan name. The quality is very good and hopefully size shrinkage accurate. Our only less favorable comment would have to be in relation to tracking. We paid for tracking but the process was not successful until the parcel was practically at our door in January. Never mind. Thanks for asking ! RJ & K MacLean”

“Very responsive and polite, however needed item for Christmas and Fed Ex let us down. Our grandson was without the vest we had especially ordered for him for the Christmas Eve celebration. The vest is perfect but the last minute timing for the delivery was disappointing and having it not arrive in time was especially sad.”

“The tartan men's ties I ordered for my sons were beautiful and a very nice quality. I appreciated that they came with a short summary about the clan. I also appreciate that I received a very prompt reply to my inquiry about delivery. I love ScotClans products, and have received good products and service both times I have ordered.”

“Well. It certainly took long enough! I gave up months ago after you cashed my check within the week and NEVER GOT BACK to me that you’d even got my order. I kicked myself. I thought you scam artists. So imagine my surprise when the best I ordered last summer comes after Christmas. Yikes. The best is well made, but it’s made of the thinnest wool in the world. Not at all the sturdy, wool vest I hoped to buy my husband.”

“I ordered something November 20th for Christmas and as of today, January 11th, it still has not been received. The company continues to write me back saying the item can not be tracked because of the type of shipping I chose but I was not made aware of this at check out and had no idea. Very disappointing service and follow up. If I do not receive the item soon I will be contacting pay pal for a refund. I am a patient person, but the response I got yesterday from the company was just plain rude. My father received the items he ordered right after Christmas (he ordered November 15th) and he lives in the same town as me. I asked for help finding the item and received a message back that basically equated to "screw you, can't help you."”

“I ordered for Christmas only leaving just under two weeks, but rest assured the family tartan scarf I bought my grandad came two days shy of Christmas which was perfect! My grandad was rather overwhelmed by my present with this element of his scottish roots he holds so dear. The scarf was beautiful designed and incredibly soft, which was a perfect present for an old man that always catches the cold! I would definitely recommend and will most definitely be ordering from ScotClans again. Thank you for providing a memorable present at an affordable price! And a Happy New Year!”
