“First of all the goods were of the highest quality and the present was well received - especially the Tammy! I have rated you very good because when I thought my order might not arrive before Christmas you clearly 'pulled out all the stops' to make sure that it did - the person I spoke to made. “Second order in and nothing has changed, if anything its improved! My first was to kit me out for my wedding and after some excellent advice, excellent worksmanship and timely delivery (coupled with patience... I am an English man after all!) I very nearly, and continue to almost match my beautiful wife! Second order was for "Wee Morag" , a Sgian Dubh and customised Clan print which again were fantastic products (Morag is rediculously soft!), quickly delivered and with customer service that is second to none. This occasion was to help deliver the news to my mum (the Scottish connection) that she was to become a Nanna, which went brilliantly. Long and the short is, having relied on the team at Scotclans for two of the biggest moments in my life so far there is no-one I could recommend more! They have great products, are professional, helpful, friendly and most importantly trustworthy. Thanks very much lads and lassies, keep up the good work and all the best for 2018. SteveOOO”

“I ordered the clan necklace and book marker for my niece for Christmas. Both were absolutely beautiful. She was especially thrilled with the clan necklace..pendant was very nice and the chain was pretty and a perfect length. Thank you!”

“I ordered in late November for Christmas gifts for delivery to the US. I received an order confirmation but no mention of shipping date and no tracking number. When in mid-December (Dec 16) I got nervous that the order was even shipped, I sent an email to request the status. I received an impersonal email that said “your order was shipped.” But when ? I wrote back for clarification. No response. The package finally arrived three days after Christmas (after the intended recipients had traveled home). I am very underwhelmed by your company’s service.”

“The Scarf I ordered for my Niece for Christmas arrived in good time and was of excellent quality. She had always wanted a Hay Ancient scarf (Hay being her Maiden name) and was very pleased and happy when she opened her present. She wore it all over Christmas and the New Year. Well done ScotClans and I will be a returning customer in 2018.”

“I purchased a brooch as a gift. I have not been able to see the product in person, but I was sent a picture and it was beautiful. Shipping was quick, considering the holiday season and delivering overseas. I am very happy with the gift and plan on ordering more. I would love to give a higher score, but without seeing the purchase myself, I don't feel comfortable saying it was perfect. (I'll let you know with what I buy for myself.)”
