“Phoned to place an order just days before Christmas as worried I'd left it too late and was very specific over what I wanted. Couldn't have been more helpful and promised to do what they could to get order ready in time. The items came within the week and all was exactly what had been requested.”

“The tartan scarf I purchased from ScotClans is beautiful. It was a last minute purchase as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was shipped by FedEx and arrived just in time. “Received the tie slide promptly and it was up to my expectations. However, the Company I ordered it through has yet to charge my Visa card for the purchase. I don't know how your company and the other one arrange payment to you. Maybe you can help. I definately order from you again.”

“I am located in the USA and I hesitate to ordered internationally because you just don't know what you are getting. I have to say we are very happy with the customer service and the quality of the items we ordered. I ordered one gray zip up hoodie end of October 2016 for my father's 70th birthday with our name and crest printed on it. He loved it so much I ordered one in navy for Christmas for him and again it was a big hit.. Thank you Amanda and everyone at ScotClans!”
