“I ordered a tartan tie and a clan pin. Both seem to be of high quality, and I'm very happy with them - wore them to a wedding this past weekend. Communication from ScotClans did not happen, even after several attempts to contact via Skype, phone, and email.”

have searched all our email inboxes - no record of any emails - no calls logged during work hours. all confirmation and dispatch emails were sent on schedule and item delivered within the expected timeframe. sorry you seem to have had issues with communication but we are careful to respond to all emails especially to our dedicated support email address.

“I ordered scarfs in the MacLachlan plaid for my boys for Christmas. With an Italian surname, I need to remind them of their Scottish heritage from time to time. This should do it!”

“Our family recently discovered our clan Keith ancestry and wanted a way to display our pride. We found Scotclans.com and ordered a plaque with our clan crest and tartan. “I have already sent an email regarding this purchase but I would commend you on your delivery to "Down Under " which was prompt and appreciated the due diligence in keeping me informed of the progress of the order. The key rings were a great hit with the children being adopted and the adults present. I also had inquiries regarding your firm which may lead to enquiries regarding these type of gifts. Scots and Irish ancestry make up a good percentage of our population,( I have both ), but many of the Irish initially came as convicts! We won't worry about the English and Welsh!”
