“I was looking for something with our clan plaid without going all the way with kilts. ScottClans customer service recommended a shawl, which is just perfect. The quality is above my expectations - I am absolutely thrilled! I also purchased some clan badges, these too were perfect. And delivery was also very timely. When I'm ready for kilts I will most certainly be getting them from ScottClans.”

“I didn't receive anything!! Not one little thing, what a scam. I know our mail is slow out her, but this is just wrong. And, now I have to head back to the states for my brother's funeral -- I will be surprised to see it upon my return.”

Order was dispatched 2.5 weeks ago to Bahrain via standard airmail - this is the slowest service we offer and can take 2-3 weeks at least. It was also a very bulky package and this would slow it up even more. We ARE NOT a scam. No record of any enquiries from the customer which we would have been happy to answer.

“After placing an order I noticed that the payment company populated the shipping address with the wrong address. The ScotClans CS Rep(Amanda?) quickly intercepted and made the change for me. The item arrived in great time and is a great little item. Well done folks!”
