“Good variety of items and well made items. However, from when I placed the order to when I received an email about it being dispatched was a much longer period of time than anticipated and it would be nice to have known that BEFORE I placed my order so I could plan accordingly. Also, I send an email to customer service with no reply at all.”

The page where you placed the order CLEARLY says on the delivery information panel that the item is not held in permanent stock and to allow 10-14 WORKING days OVER the standard delivery time: http://www.scotclans.com/product/clan-crest-badge-small/ you order was placed on June 13th and dispatched on June 22nd. Thats 9 days which is actually less than we advise. Ive searched back through our mail system and can find no record of any emails received. Im not sure how you would like us to do better - we dispatched the item ahead of schedule and have no record of any customer enquiries.

“Ordered item 24 days pre trip. Clearly stated may take up to 14 days delivery process. Plenty of time.. However they didn't process order for about 14 days and then the shipping took all the 14 days. Item arrived after we were gone on our Scotland vacation. No longer needed item. Customer service didn't seem to care about their delay in processing order. No help.”

having checked our order system i can see the order was placed with the supplier 3 days after we got the order - orders are placed with the mill twice a week so thats within timescales. Delivery information panel clearly says the item is made to order and can take 5-10 WORKING days over the standard delivery time. Customer contacted us AFTER the order had shipped to chase it up - they were told the item had gone out via standard airmail (their choice of service) - Customer wasn't happy with that response but since it had gone out already there was little we could do.

“The items I purchased were well made but the material was much thinner than I had expected, especially as one was a woollen scarf. It was wool but not the thick winter one I was expecting.”

From the item description: "Gents matching scarf and cap in 100% pure new wool. Sizes: 54" Scarf, 3/4" stretch headband one size cap. Both in springweight tartan." Note "Springweight" - this is a fine weight wool - had you required a thicker brushed wool scarf this could have been arranged

“I ordered a tartan coffee mug with clan crest. It's beautiful. It arrived very quickly, in excellent condition, packed in a Styrofoam container, and in a sturdy box. This is my third mug from ScotClans and I love them all.”

“order arrived correct and in good time. sizes fit well. t-shirt is 100% polyester, which i didn't remember reading in the ad. fit is good, but comfort in humid weather might be an issue. polo shirt fits well, is 100% cotton, so will probably shrink a bit. not sure how the graphics are going to handle the washer & dryer, but will probably avoid the dryer. trucker mesh cap was flat and wrinkled. needed to be steamed & pressed, otherwise pretty good deal for an embroidered cap. prices and shipping were fair and reasonable.”

“Only giving 1 as 0 wasn't an option Ordered in March, received the item in June. Horrendously bad communication Was hilarious charged £5.90 expidited shipping (as I was hoping to get the item the next day if possible as it was for a present). I emailed some time April or may to say don't charge me for expidited shipping but like several other emails, there was no reply to this (despite your website saying this is your preferred method of communication)”

“Good products and the information about the delivery with FedEx was very good. The commumication could be better concerning the order. When the delivery is not sent with in two or three weeks an information would be nice why the products cannot be sent.”

“The items arrived quicker than I expected considering it was an overseas order. I ordered this as a gift and had it mailed directly to my brother and he is very happy with the Clan Crest print and Clan History print. He says he will be having them framed so he can display them in his home.”

“Really great present for my dad for Father's Day. My clan is less well known but they still managed to print the symbol in high quality with accurate information. It's really great to discover your ancestory! Shipping was perfect and I'll definitely try and locate the shop in Edinburgh 😄”

“My order was made and delivered in the time frame you all said it would be. The tartan ribbon I ordered was perfect and I'm thrilled with it. There are 3 other tartan colors for our clan that I will order in the future.”
