“What a shame that the accompanying card, for which I had paid extra, had been so carelessly prepared. The poor quality, wrinkled sticker attached crookedly to the card, certainly does no justice to the quality of the gift or hopefully reflect the attitude of the company.”

“My 28 year old daughter had been searching the web for a winter hat with the Robertson tartan but to no avail. Happily, I discovered ScotClans. She was thrilled to receive the hat for Christmas - wore it all day long!!! It is of extremely good quality and was exactly what she had been searching for. The service at ScotClans is impeccable. David: You ordered a custom printed item which CLEARLY says in the description that has to be made up and this takes 5-10 WORKING days. You placed the order on November 29th and it was dispatched on the 13th EXACTLY 10 WORKING DAYS after the order was placed so exactly as we said. Despite this we had an aggressive phone call where you claimed we should be pre making these in every clan just to satisfy your impatience - then this was followed by a bass review on Google and on Facebook. I would suggest that the £15.49 you spent on an item designed to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ might have been better put towards some anger management counselling or adult literacy classes. We make no apology for dispatching an item within the time frame that was clearly described on the website.

“Both my kilt and the customer service from ScotClans are absolutely stellar! As I contemplated spending so much money on a proper kilt, I had many, many questions, and Nikki answered each one very clearly (and very patiently!) within 24 hours. After much hemming and hawing and dithering and dallying I finally placed my order one evening -- and as soon as I got the confirmation, I realised I had somehow managed to click the wrong button for the size! In a panic, I emailed customer service asking that they pleasepleaseplease make the kilt in a different size than what I had actually ordered. Early the next morning Roger emailed me to say that he had changed the size on my order and all was well. Since receiving my kilt, I have been ecstatic -- it fits like a charm and feels amazing, and the quality of the stitching is absolutely perfect. This kilt truly will be a lifetime legacy. I am SO happy with my kilt -- and I am already saving up for another.”

“I was looking for a unique Christmas gift for my auntie, I came across your site and chose the clan Muir with tartan, crest and history of the clan. I was impressed with the quality of the frame it was in, how it was presented and also how it was wrapped. The product was received in excellent condition due to the packaging it was sent in. I was further impressed with how quickly it was completed, dispatched and received even though it was ordered during the busy Christmas period. Thank you”

“I ordered a scarf for my Scottish husband for Christmas. Dec 7, 2018 it was dispatched supposedly. Its January 5th, still have not recieved it or any answers to 4 emails sent to resolve. Blamed me as well for not getting tracking? Did not think I needed to because I ordered ornaments as well and got those well before Christmas. So much for customer service and respect. Very Disappointed. Next time Ill stick with Amazon. Disputing with my bank.”

“I ordered four items from them on November 20, 2017 that were supposed to be Christmas gifts and as of today January 2, 2018 I still do not have them... over 7 weeks! They took the money immediately and I’ve already paid the credit card bill but have yet to get my order. I have contacted them and they said they shipped on 12-7-18 and that they sent me an email... which they didn’t. I keep emailing them and they won’t respond. I spent almost $200 and I am a repeat customer... never again. ****************** 1-4-2018 Another day another email sent and no response to my email and no merchandise received yet. The last response I got was December 20th... see below. He basically blames me for not mailing these “express mail”... why would I think I needed to do that when I was ordering them over a month ahead of time on November 20th! Hi Jan, We got these out to you as fast as we were able to. We have one machine and i was here most nights till 10pm working through embroidery jobs. The order is on its way and its up to USPS how fast they can deliver it. We did have express mail options Rodger Moffet ScotClans Ltd www.scotclans.com”

“I was very please with the service and product from the Scotclans. I waited and left a very tight time frame ordering 3 Christmas present's in November. I had e-mailed the ScotsClan and let them know I was hoping to have them for presents. I had received noticed early December that the package was shipping out of Edinburgh. I received the package two days later in Canada. I am very happy with the quality of products as well. The material and colors are beautiful! Everyone was very very happy!”
