“I am extremely pleased with my purchase from scotCLANS. Their customer service department quickly acknowledged receipt of my order via email. Then a short time later informed my that my order had been dispatched, again via email and included a tracking number. It arrived in good order some days ahead of what I anticipated. The product is just as described. I ordered a light wool scarf with the Stuart of Bute tartan. My wife and I will be visiting Scotland again this May and I wanted to display the tartan that the McCurdie family is a sept of. This scarf fits the bill! I love the fact that scotCLANS is a family run enterprise. In fact, we will be spending a night at Carberry Tower Mansion House and plan to visit the Royal Yacht Britannia. It seems scotCLANS is right along the way. Perhaps we'll stop in and thank you in person. Also, check out the wealth of "all things Scot" on their website. Terrific job all 'round!”

“The scarf I ordered is exceptionally nice. It was a birthday gift for my wife to celebrate her Scottish heritage. Unfortunately I went the cheap route on delivery, so it arrived a couple of weeks late. Again that was my choice. I just didn’t realize that airmail could somehow take three weeks to get from Scotland to Florida. Might I place another order? Certainly, but in a more timely manner. Again, I am very pleased with the scarf. More importantly, my wife loves it!”

“I was very happy with the quality of product, service, and speed with which I received the plaque. The man to whom I gave it as a birthday gift was overjoyed to receive it. Thank you for all you did for me. Sincerely, Ann Watson PS: Nova Scotia (New Scotland) is in the midst of a deep freeze - the temps are hovering around -16 degrees with wind chills of -30 degrees. There was a snow storm last night with some areas getting as much as 55 cm of snow. We in Bridgetown are expecting 35 cm of snow tonight and early tomorrow morning.along with ice pellets.”

“This purchase was the last of many I have done from Scotclans. If there was a question, the email was always answered very promptly and to my satisfaction. There was a delay with an order of a scarf, but Scotclans kept in touch and contacted the mill and had it delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Scotclans.”
