“Have used Scotclans before and went well. This time it was terrible. I provide Clan pins to all immediate family members. I intended to do so at engagement party of my 2nd son. Ordered with plenty if time. Site said item was in-stock. Turns out that was innaccurate at best. Almost 2 months &still don't have product. NO COMMUNICATION from Scotclans to me about alleged errors by their supplier.... ever. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Simply an, oops were sorry.... our supplier pooched it. NO SCOTCLANS, YOU BLEW IT. It's your supplier, your customer, and yes YOUR failure. Don't use Scotclans. They are not dependable, reliable, or competent. I have reached out to them twice now with no 0roduct still. They have never initiated any contact to me about a known supplier issue, per themselves. Total lack of class! Go elsewhere.”

“My purchase arrived in fantastic condition. It was nearly 2 months after I ordered it, so there must have been a delay in manufacturing it that I was not aware of at the time of ordering. It was a pleasant surprise when it arrived.”

“I bought a light weight tartan scarf in my clan colours (Lennox) and a clan crest of the same. Both took a bit of time getting here but then both had to be made to order, which makes me feel a bit special. ;) Both are excellent quality and worth waiting for. I'd recommend ScotsClans to anyone looking for their clan's paraphernalia and even thoughtful and special little gifts for friends and family.”
