“I had excellent response to my order which was soon received here in Australia I was delighted with the scarf. colours magnificent. Yes we do wear warm clothes here in Creswick Ballarat in fact we had snow yesterday which is rare we are 600ft above s.l and get Antarctic winds from time to time. but not for long thanks Delphine McDonnell expat Uk with Scots ancestors”

“I would like to start by saying Thank you. My order arrived a fewdays earlier than I expected. Great. My items were securely wrapped and packaged very well. I am happy and pleased with the products that I have ordered. However if you could refer me to a company where I could purchase a clan flag that is atleast 1 x 3 metres it would be appreciated. “I am very impressed with this company. Their products are quite nice and their customer service is outstanding. I received a product damaged in transit and had a new replacement in only nine days. Not bad coming all the way from Scotland to Napa, California. They seem to be that rare business that perceives their customers as people not just money sources. I purchased the Maclean Clan framed print for my mother who is 93 and delighted. She absolutely loves mountain lions and the Crest is a mountain lion, she loves it.”

“I am impressed, very much so, I ordered online and somehow made an error, my order arrived once I corrected it, however...I didn't pay postage, I (almost) feel guilty as I live in Gibraltar and the postage was bound to cost a bit more. If anyone there would like to info me I'd be very happy to send the postage, I'd hate to think it cost you more than planned My email addy is mustoe@live.co.uk Just in case you want to Bill me the 4 or 5 pounds it must have cost you, I can't rate you highly enough. “Was looking for several different items, from t-shirts to a clan crest bookmark. Everything I wanted was available from ScotClans. Ordering was a breeze, payment easy with PayPal, and I received the package quickly and in excellent shape. Plus, everything was exactly as described; have already worn the t-shirts and read one book. Working on reading the second book. Will definitely purchase from them again. PS If I ever make it to Edinburgh, would love to meet the owners. Great products and service.”

“My son really lives the tie I ordered for him for his birthday. I did have to contact them regarding my order and they responded very quickly. The tie is beautifully made and I would certainly order from ScotClans again. Since I am in the U.S.; it was processed quickly and delivered promptly when the tie was ready from the mill. Thank you for a superior product!”
