“The small oval heather earrings are beautiful, they're prettier when seeing them in person than they are on the website. These are such unique earrings, I can't wait for Christmas to get here so I can give them as gifts to 2 special people on my list. I really should have ordered more than just the 2 pair.”

“What made me happy? Just about everything! Dram glasses personalized with our clan name, the price, the shipping that was much faster than I had anticipated, the little individual black boxes with our clan name on them that the glasses were in, everything! And I love that this special gift for my son came directly from Scotland. Thank you ScotClans! I'm a very happy customer.”

“You have amazing customer service, and the quality of your products is wonderful. The only thing that may help would be to let customers know that there will be additional charges upon delivery. I had thought that the duty ant fees were included in my shipping cost, but there was an additional 18$ CAD upon delivery. Other than that the shopping experience was great and your site is very user friendly. Keep up the great work.”
