“My order was placed by phone and the Lady who answered was very pleasant and helpful. I was surprised and delighted at how quickly my goods arrived especially since it was during the Christmas rush. I would happily buy from ScotClans again or recommend them to a friend.”

“Order was placed on December 1st. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It arrived on December 29th...so disappointing. I did not expect the long delay. Got an email on the 16th saying it had been dispatched. I sent an email to customer service mid December asking when I might expect my package. Email was never answered. Called before Christmas and was told there was no way of knowing when it would arrive as it was sent airmail and there was no way to track. What's up with that? On a positive note, the merchandise was just perfect when it finally got here. Would order again, but would place my order way, way ahead of when I would need it.”

“I ordered several family tartan items from ScotClans for gifts. I was concerned that two of the clans were lesser known and therefore, may take longer to arrive, which would have impacted my sending them as Christmas gifts. I needn't have worried. ScotClans had what I was looking for and dispatched the items very quickly. I had plenty of time to get them to my family via post with time to spare. Since one item was glass, and therefore fragile,I also commend ScotClans for ensuring it arrived intact and unbroken. I would happily do business again with your firm!”

“ScotClans tartan scarves and ties are top quality. Customer service was quick and efficient. I had forgotten to input the ship to address which was different from billing address. I emailed right away, and they were able to make the change and ship to gift recipient. It is so exciting to receive the Scot items directly from Scotland, without another company in the middle. “I am very very happy with everything I received except the Christmas ornament. I thought it was large and when it came it was the size of a dime. I couldn't wait to receive it to hang it on my tree in honor of my grandfather. Yet its so tiny you can't even read what it says without a magnify glass. Not worth the price I paid for it!”

“Everything went smoothly. In addition, I love, love, love the cell phone case. I got the MacPherson tartan with clan badge. It is perfect. Clear image and colours. I would rate it 15 out of 10. While walking with it through the grocery store (had shopping list on it) I was thinking, "I bet I'm the only person in the whole Austin area with one of these." hee, hee.”
