“I ordered a scarf for my father for Christmas, and I got it yesterday. The colours are so rich and vibrant. The fabric, is very, very soft. It it perfect to wear on a chilly day and will got great with many outfits. I am very happy with the product.”

“My order was placed quickly and I did not pay attention to the shipping notices. I emailed c/s asking when it would arrive and was informed these are all handmade items and therefore it could be weeks before my order shipped. However, with-in days the order showed up and we had time to send it off with other packages without an I.O.U. attached. We have ordered from ScotClans before with good results.”

“I wish there were a function that allowed the customer to know when the order would arrive or even a way to track the shipment once it was ordered. The product itself was wonderful, perfect, beautiful! Exactly what I wanted and my husband LOVED it! Thanks!”

There is an option to track the order if you choose a service that includes tracking. unfortunately you went for standard airmail - the cheapest shipping option which isn't tracked, however all other shipping options have tracking all the way.

“Ordered from Arizona, USA, and the transaction and shipping were seamless. As you would expect, shipping takes a bit of time from the UK, but any time delay seemed to be in US Customs in Los Angeles. Once cleared, it was delivered quickly. I recommend getting a tracking number to watch its progress.”
