“My husband and I visited the British Museum and went through the Celtic Exhibit. I was searching for a Graham clan item for him for Chiristmas honoring his mother's side of the family. I was delighted to find the Celtic Graham design on a tshirt. It arrived in the USA nicely packaged. Thank you for your great service!”

“To my surprise, Scotclans was the only site I found that recognized my family's name. I ordered the Lindsey (modern) "rug", which gave me concern at first, because I was looking for a blanket or throw. When it arrived, I was so pleased. The blanket is gorgeous with superior quality. Great service, fast delivery. I will order again.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase, the quality of the items and the delivery etc. The only reason I do not put maximum rating is that the server was not working when I tried to purchase online and I tried several times so it did leave a print on my bank account so I had to wait a week before my money was available again. Apart from that excellent.”

Your order was dispatched from us on December 4th, since you chose the slowest shipping option I'm afraid that this is not tracked and we are not able to give you an update on status once it leaves us. All other shipping options had tracking included. Bearing in mind that at this time of year postal services are stretched and the recommended last posting date for regular airmail to Japan was December 7th i would expect this package to be with you by the middle of next week. Im afraid that packages sent via untracked services are out of our control once we send them.

“I received my items yesterday and was so pleased with the quality and the "look" of the tie and scarf. There was a chance I wouldn't receive them in time for Christmas but ScotClans kept me updated throughout the process to let me know the status - I received excellent customer service. “I ordered the round tartan small pin badge for my brothers and sons to wear as a mark of respect at my fathers funeral. The order arrived promptly and was well packaged. The pins are nicely made and just the right size to be noticed but not over the top. Well worth the money.”

Your order left us on December 3rd - within the recommended turnaround time noted on the order page. Unfortunately you chose the slowest postage service we have available; standard airmail which has no tracking so we have no way of giving any status update once the package leaves us. All other postage services offered have tracking. At this time of year mail services everywhere are stretched. Since the recommended last posting date to your country is December 15th then it should still reach you in time for Christmas but postal and customs clearance delays are put of our control.
