“I recently ordered and promptly received The Scottish Castles Story from ScotCLANS and am very impressed with this resource as well as the manner in which my order was handled. It arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The book itself is full of very nice pictures and a tremendous amount of information on the castles pictured as well as other historical facts. It's just what I've been looking for! Thanks ScotCLANS!”

“I received very good service. The shipping was quick, even to the USA. Tracking of packages was available and accurate. Good selection of clan items for sale. I ordered two tartan ties. They are wonderful. Great Christmas presents. I love on-line shopping.”

“The service I received from Scot Clans, Margaret in particular, was unbelievable. I wanted a crest designed by my daughter for her new son, put on a baby suit and on a top for the lamb. I wasn't sure if it was possible. I emailed Scot Clans and received emails in reply immediately. I was given clear advice as to how to place my order and in less than two weeks my order arrived at my farm in Australia. I was absolutely thrilled with both purchases and Donald did a brilliant job with the crest. The best shopping experience I have ever had!”

“The items that we ordered were exactly as pictured, and arrived faster then I expected. Considering that I was ordering from Canada, to have something at my doorstep within a week and a half was a much appreciated surprise. The transaction itself was quick and easy. Thank you very much! “Amazing service! I hail from the US so I was a bit nervous ordering internationally but they were outstanding! I emailed with a question on a pin I purchased and they emailed back within 1 day! The pin is absolutely gorgeous and I love the little history papers that came with it. Thank you! This means so much!”
