“Dear Scotland, I tried to order online, but didn't manage very well. Jean Whitehouse B C. (Before Computers). This was picked up at your end, and one of your excellent staff Margaret helped me to complete my order. My cousin, the recipient of the gift was delighted with every aspect of your products. I would very much like you to pass on my thanks to Margaret, for her excellent customer skills, her initiative, when given wrong information by me ! she is a great asset to your company. “The clothing is of fine quality and the tartan colours (Once I understood the difference between silk and wool) are true to the original. Shipping times are quite reasonable. The one small problem I had with a button that went missing from my MacNaughton vest was quickly solved by your sending me two replacements, on of which is now in place. I wear my vest etc when doing public presentations and they have drawn many favourable comments. Thank you for helping me display part of my heritage.”

“I made an order five days ago for a birthday present and I'm yet to be informed if this item has been dispatched. I payed for 'first class' postage and it's not here, so I assume it hasn't even been dispatched yet. Needless to say I won't be buying from Scotclan again. It's a shame as the rest of the shopping experience was good.”

“My father passed away few months ago. Robert Wallace Emshoff was given his middle name by my grandmother so that he would never forget her Scottish heritage. Discovering your site and being able to remember my Father and my Grandmother are priceless gifts to my heart.”

“Well, I have no idea when the items will arrive. I gave you almost a month before the wedding. It is on Aug 21 and I wanted to have some groom's family clan in it for me, his mother, me, since the bride has clan blood also. Would be great to know when you mailed it.
