“Very personal and thoughtful service. My order was for an international delivery with a tight deadline and this team coordinated things to make it happen. Even when I got my measurements wrong, they came back and asked me to double check - thus avoiding what would have been a very costly mistake on my part. I recommend the quality of the product equally as high as I do their outstanding customer service. Margaret is the best.”

“Leather look??? I dont thinks so. This item looks nothing apart from the cheap tacky piece of plastic that it is. Really wish I hadnt wasted my money. I certainly wont be giving this as the present it was intended for”

Having looked at the product you purchased; the leather feel personalised clan crest and tartan wallet i can see no problem with it considering this is a £12.99 item that is personally printed with your choice of crest design here at ScotClans. I would also like to point out that all customers are welcome to contact us to arrange the return of any item they are unsatisfied with.

“If I could give 10 stars I would do so. I ordered three purses for my daughters for Christmas gifts with three different tartans (our Scottish ancestry.) One of the tartans was not on the list, but Margaret insured that a purse could be made in that tartan. The communication and assistance from Scotclans was outstanding as was the communication letting me know what was going on. I got the purses very quickly and they were gorgeous, I almost hate to wait until Christmas to give them. I would recommend Scotclans to anyone and will certainly patronize them again.”

“I received my order a few minutes ago and am very pleased. I think OUTLANDER has created a huge interest in Scottish heritage. I have many things including my tartan vest, scarf and necktie, plus many items I purchased when in Scotland several years ago. I am so pleased with my purchases and look forward to ordering more.”

“I was so impressed with my contact,Margaret. I am planning to get married to Tracey Burnett at Duns,Scotland on 28th September 2015,with the assistance of 'local 'celebrant,Lara Celini. I am journeying back to where my forebearers were married(Duns Parish Church)prior to their journey to Melbourne ,Australia.,in 1851--1852. Margaret greatly helped me with my Roxburgh Kilt and accessories(of which I had nil experience)so I will look good on the given day in front of Tracey and my'' Ancestors''. I thank you from the bottom of my proud heart,and as you may have guessed extremely proud of my heritage, this will be a trip to remember. Dear Andrew. Your order was placed on Tuesday 21st July. On the delivery information for the product you ordered it states clearly that this is a made to order item and can take 4 - 5 WEEKS. We have no record of any emails from you asking to expedite the order so we treated this as a regular customer order on the expected time scale. Had we known the expected time scale we would never have accepted your order as there was no way to fulfil it in 4 days. We would be happy to cancel and refund this purchase if it is no longer needed despite the fact that it is made to order. Regards, ScotClans Customer Care

“This is the fiirst time i have used this site and i found it easy to use and when otdering my purchases again with ease. May i also add how quick you are in responding to your emails. I had a query with regards to a certain clan that was not listed in your drop down box, i email you my query and received a response next day or same day depending when i sent my enquiry. Dear Jock - your order for a handmade wooden crest plaque was only placed on Saturday. As you may know from the order page this item is handmade to order and actually takes a few weeks. We will send you an email as soon as it is dispatched to you.

“Customer service was exceptional! I inquired about a product on the Scotclans website that was not initially available with the specific clan crest that I needed. Margaret quickly responded that she was working with a manufacturer to get the exact product that I wanted. She kept me updated as I waited for confirmation that it could be done. She then sent me a picture of the completed product, and it was exactly as I wished! When I actually received the product, it was even more beautiful than the picture indicated. I am very pleased with the product, the pricing, and the customer service that I received.”
