“I was looking for a quaich for a wedding gift and had not find one I liked. I happened to find this companies website one day and loved what they had. It was getting very close to wedding time and wasn't sure if my order could be ready on time to allow shipping to Canada but the the company was so helpful and I was able to recieve it on time. The quaich is absolutely stunning and will be a memorable gift. Thank you scotCLANS!”

“I was very impressed when I received my goods one week after ordering it on line, I wasn't expecting it for at least a couple of weeks. I ordered a clan cap badge which is really well made and very solid which I am glad for as I wasn't sure how it would look going by the picture on the web. I am very pleased with the goods, service and promptness of delivery. I would recomend your company to anyone. Neil”

“I've ordered twice from ScotClans and they have been wonderful to work with. The second order was delayed because the tartan was out of stock and they had to wait on the mill to rerun it. ScotClans was in touch with me regularly about the delay and as my travel deadline approached, they made sure we got the items ordered. The order was correct in all aspects, the service was very friendly. I will definitely do business with them again. Very pleased.”

“I had been trying to locate a clan crest Quaich for a graduation gift and had been disappointed with poor response from several suppliers who were unable to supply family spelling of name and/or crest alone. I was provided with a choice of both options by Scotsclans and given an estimated delivery date. The delivery was actually far quicker than estimate. The friendly manner and excellent knowledge of the staff member who dealt with my purchase made it a very positive experience and I will recommend this company to friends and colleagues.”

“Fabulous Scottish Website for family business in Edinburgh, Scotland. I have been purchasing clan items from this wonderful family business since December 2012 or so. The shopping catalog has an astonishing number of items for sale. Thinking that Scotclans.com was of a similar size as LLBean in the U.S., with call centers around the clock, I thought nothing of ringing them at 7PM EST USA. This is how I met Margaret Moffat, sister to the owners of the shop, Roger and Amanda Moffet. I learned that it was 12 MN Edinburgh time ~ she had stayed late at work because of the Christmas rush! Scotclans.com works with artists of all sorts and at least two weavers to provide the vast number of items for purchase. I have been happy with every purchase I have made with Scotclans.com.”

“On your paperwork, you listed the address with the suite #1770 However, the Fedex paperwork didn't have this extra information and they almost sent the package back, because they didn't know where to deliver your shipment. Please make sure all parts of the address appear on Fedex paperwork”

Dear Ronald. Thanks for the info on this. We are normally really careful about shipping addresses as FedEx have a habit of using their own address records to double check your address. FedEx add the extended Zip codes which is very useful so clearly we didn't notice they had taken the Suite number off. I'll tell the shipping staff to be careful about that in future.

“I can't thank Scotclans enough they managed the impossible and managed to get the gift for my son's graduationto us.My mum wanted to have the cufflinks for my son to wear on the day of his graduation Scotclans pulled out all the stops and got them to us in time . The quality was superb down to the presentation box . Thanks to all at Scotclans I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them”
