Many thanks for your review. Two of the three items you have ordered are ready to do out to you however one of these (scarf) is made to order (explained on the order page) and takes up to two weeks - the order was placed last week. I spoke to you via live chat on 25th June (transcript available) and explained this and you were happy with the timescale.

“Just a quick note to thank you for your attention to my order. It arrived on the date that you said it would and in perfect condition. My wife and I spent a very pleasant half an hour opening each item and admiring the quality, artistic sense and the packaging. In short, we have been delighted with our purchases and I'm looking forward to adding the kilt accessories to my outfit for the upcoming wedding of my wife's elder son. “I was impressed with how smoothly the transactions were handled. The purchase I made are for my sister's birthday in August. I wasn't for sure how long it would take to receive them but to my surprise I received them fairly quickly. I have enjoyed the ScotClan website. Lots of information.”
