“I ordered my family crest from Scotsclan and was absolutely delighted when Australia post delivered it to me a couple of days ago. “The service was extremely fast. The video disc does not work with American formats. I did not see the if both formats were offered and forgot to check closely. I was disappointed because I wanted enjoy more of Scotland's beauty and history.”

Dear Granville. Im very surprised the disc didn't work as they are 'multi region' you can of course return the disc if it does not work but id suggest trying it out on another player jut to be sure. please contact us if you have further problems.
