“This purchase was the last of many I have done from Scotclans. If there was a question, the email was always answered very promptly and to my satisfaction. There was a delay with an order of a scarf, but Scotclans kept in touch and contacted the mill and had it delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Scotclans.”

“There was always prompt response to inquiries, but the item that was supposed to arrive for Christmas still hasn’t arrived and probably never will. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”

Please contact us for the tracking number and please contact USPS, they attempted to deliver this on the 19th.

“What a great experience. I bought a fleece jacket and some tartan flip flops for my husband's birthday. Both items arrived a little sooner than expected (you need to factor in manufacture for personalised items) and the jacket was perfect. The flip flops had a manufacturing issue, so I emailed the support people with a photo of the problem, got a same day response and new flip flops were despatched without a requirement for me to do anything further. They've arrived now and are perfect. Thank you so much! My only advice to shoppers is to go up a size (I did) as both the jacket and flip flops sizing were on the small side.”

“The products were perfect! My uncle loved his gifts. My only complaint was how long it took to get my products. I ordered in November, expecting the 3 week time period for delivery to have for a Christmas gift. My items arrived in February. I had to hurry to find another gift in time for Christmas. I will be ordering again, but I will allow ample delivery time now. Products get 5 stars, but delivery docked it down to 4.”

“I ordered a month before Christmas and just received this week, mid-February. Once I contacted them for the status, the customer service was nice. Fabric is very soft and colors are vibrant. Great for the tie, a little thin/lightweight for the scarf, more of an accessory than a cold weather scarf. I would recommend ScotClans.”
