“Totally brilliant and so helpful. Amanda researched the plaid I needed for telling the story of Flora MacDonald and sent me 'Rob Roy' for good measure - so maybe that is the way to go for another tale! I also bought Mackenzie notebooks and pens for a family connection. Thank you”

“From Australia I ordered a Clan Polo Shirt for my partner. It took approx 5/6 weeks to arrive. Good quality shirt. I am a bit disappointed that the family crest is not embroidered on. It is a rubber type of crest. Maybe I didn’t read the details when I placed the order. Shirt arrived gift wrapped and he was impressed! I emailed them at one stage before receiving it, and they answered the next day. Considering time difference I was impressed. Great service, good quality product. Thank you ScotClan!”

Many thanks for your detailed review. These shirts are printed not embroidered and we sell an embroidered shirt as a separate product. it says clearly on the product description that this is printed on and the production t video show a very detailed close up on the crest. It appears that apart from this you were very happy. sadly though Reviews.co.uk sound three stars as a negative review so we would love to know what we could have done better in this instance, given the item was exactly as described.

“I am very impressed with the quick service and efficient delivery of my parcel to Australia. The product was finished within about 10 days and it arrived within a week of being posted. The Hunter Ancient tartan stole is really lovely and is a gift for my sister’s 60th Birthday. Thank you.”

“The tartan as unusual was very high quality. The order took a much longer time to arrive than usual. The order was placed in November 2018 and I did not receive the material until February 2019. I realize I did not choose shipping with tracking, but for that long of delay, I would have thought ScotClans would have contacted me. Instead, I had to initiate multiple contacts. There were extenuating circumstances, and I will continue to use Scotclans. The merchandise is very high quality.”

Hi Martin - size information is clearly displayed on the order page: "Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and clan - as this product is being produced just for you the item is non refundable. Sizes S - Small - 35-37 inch chest M - Medium - 38-40 inch chest L - Large - 41-43 inch chest XL - Extra Large - 44-46 inch chest 2XL - 47-49 inch chest 3XL - 50-52 inch chest " 2 x 23 is 46 so the size of the XL is exactly and described - it is important that you check sizes before ordering.

“I was disappointed in the customer service having been promised that my telephone order would be delivered in time for a special occasion and having paid extra for first class delivery. The order did not arrive until 10 days after the event and had I not queried the delay there would have been no communication or follow-up from ScotClans. It was also disappointing not to have received an apology.”

“My two family plaques arrived in perfect shape. I am so proud and cannot wait to show them off at the Summerville Reunion next August. This will be our 77th reunion on the shores of Lake Huron in the Thumb of Michigan where William Summerville settled after leaving Ontario, Canada. What was the most unexpected and beautiful is the 10% discount with the code word heather. Our daughter, Heather, died last December.”

“I cannot write a thorough review of your services as I have not actually received my order despite ordering back in January. Now being March? I’m disappointed that I still have not received my parcel and despite contacting you several times, of late I have not received any response either. What happens in this situation - A refund? Express post? An apology? If you could let me know that would be great.”
