“I ordered a Christmas present on November 5th. It was mailed December 9th. I did not receive it until the second week of January. When I FINALLY received it, it was wrong. While other e-mails were promptly answered, the one about the order being wrong has gone completely ignored. I ordered the hat and scarf set but received the hat and tie set which appears to be less money. I am not happy. UPDATE: I was just contacted by their customer service and they have made amends. Thank you Scotclans. I have upgraded my customer experience rating.”

“I ordered 2 ties & a money clip. When I hadn't received them when I expected to I emailed Scotclans who very quickly replied explaining that one of the ties was being made, I explained that these were for Xmas / b'day presents & so could they send the other 2 items separately but fortunately the tie was ready so all arrived in plenty of time! Great communication & service, very pleased with quality of products & my husband was over the moon with his money clip! Thanks, will definitely use again!”

“My purchase of 10 Colquhoun Christmas Ornaments arrived even sooner than I expected, before Christmas and I was able to give some as Christmas gifts to my family. The ornaments arrived in perfect condition and looked even nicer than the photos. I love them. I have alrady recommended your site to my family and friends, very impressed. Thank you”

“Overall, the quality of the product and the customer service is wonderful. There was some lag time (1-2 days) between order and shipment with no communication about shipping, until I contacted ScotClans. The issue was resolved immediately, and I received my order in a very short period of time. My order was a Christmas gift, and I was thrilled with the packaging. I will return as a customer!”
