“I usually contact you by phone which is answered by a cheerful person who delivers excellent service. Last year I got married, the tartan waistcoat was admired by our guests as we asked for the waistcoat to be made totally in our family tartan. Thank you very much for making it especially for us. “Good packaging, and it got here to the States quickly. Tartan which is printed on the wallet is good representation, Happy to find that my little iphone fits perfectly in the zippered area; meant for coins. Thank You.”

“Phoned to place an order just days before Christmas as worried I'd left it too late and was very specific over what I wanted. Couldn't have been more helpful and promised to do what they could to get order ready in time. The items came within the week and all was exactly what had been requested.”

“Very nice item, however when I placed the order I emailed to ask if it would be delivered for Christmas, I was advised 4-6 weeks ( not in time for Christmas) so bought another gift for that person. Then a couple of days later received an email to say the order had been dispatched. Mixed messages folks !!!”

“The tartan scarf I purchased from ScotClans is beautiful. It was a last minute purchase as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was shipped by FedEx and arrived just in time.
