“Received the tie slide promptly and it was up to my expectations. However, the Company I ordered it through has yet to charge my Visa card for the purchase. I don't know how your company and the other one arrange payment to you. Maybe you can help. I definately order from you again.”

“I am located in the USA and I hesitate to ordered internationally because you just don't know what you are getting. I have to say we are very happy with the customer service and the quality of the items we ordered. I ordered one gray zip up hoodie end of October 2016 for my father's 70th birthday with our name and crest printed on it. He loved it so much I ordered one in navy for Christmas for him and again it was a big hit.. Thank you Amanda and everyone at ScotClans!”

“I have wanted something in Robertson tartan for many years, as my grandfather was a Reid. Finally I decided to buy myself a Christmas present, found your website and ordered one in the beautiful Ancient Hunting tartan. It has arrived and I will wear it so happily to show it off to my Scottish country dancing group in the new year. Ordering and delivery to Canada all easy and timely. “Shipping time and packaging were good. I was little disappointed with one of the items because the written part of it was too small to read unless you knew what it was supposed to be. These were the keychains. But I would purchase form ScotClans again and just be more careful. Other item was very nice. THANKS”
