“The items I ordered were excellent. The website is easy to look around and order. Very pleased. I had to wait a little longer than anticipated but I was kept informed after I made an enquiry as to delivery time scale.”

“I sent for a clan crest rubber stamp. It arrived much more quickly than I expected. The quality is excellent--very clear, nicely laid-out. It was better than I expected. The picture on the web site didn't do it justice. Thank you.”

“I ordered weeks in advance my purchase - a teddy - as a birthday present for my 2 year old son in Los Angeles and paid for fedex delivery... the item was not delivered until 6 weeks later !!!! Completely destroying the point of the exercise ! In addition, I had to chase you up to find out why the item had not been dispatched !!! I was not contacted to inform, me of any delay at all, and when I did speak to someone they informed me that by way of compensation for the 6 week delay they would send some additional presents with the delivery - this did not happen ! I am completely annoyed by the whole experience.”
