“I'm accustomed to (read: spoiled by) domestic U.S. vendors that offer step-by-step tracking of orders, but that's not the fault of ScotClans. My purchase arrived in great condition and I use it every day. Very satisfied.”

“I have enjoyed ordering several items over the years. I have been researching my Scottish heritage, specifically the Hannay clan, and have found ScotClans to have the most fascinating articles for sale. This time I purchased 2 water bottles with the Hannay tartan and name on them. They came the other day and are just beautiful. I also received a discount from the Hannay clan. What could be better - you are great!”

“Good people but they don’t seem to realise that customers need to know why deliveries might be slow (up to 6 weeks) and when they can expect delivery, without being chased. Poor communication aside, good quality products, well packaged.”

“Items received reasonably quick considering the distance. I was very pleased with the quality of the clan crest pendants and they were packaged very nicely for gift-giving. The tartan tam is very well made, of quality materials. I was pleased to see everything is actually made in Scotland. The website is very informative too!”
