“I found the time delay in ordering and my friend receiving the items I ordered absolutely ridiculous. They were ordered before Christmas, but I realised posting to Moldova would take time. To not arrive until the 27th February was unacceptable, you claimed they were bespoke items, not really,standard items from your range. I am afraid I will not be passing your name for orders on to anyone.”

“Sorry to say very disappointed. Ordered 2 wool tartan table decoration for my daughter's wedding one was great lovely shape the other looked like it had been thrown together. Not what I was expecting. I did email you after delivery. Christine Mcfarlane”
