“The whiskey crystal glasses with clan inscription are wonderful. I gave them as gifts and many wished there was some description of the high quality crystal in their packaging. I ordered too close to Christmas for a guarantee delivery, but somehow they managed to get all of them delivered by Christmas.”

“The pay over the internet function wasn't working so I called up, explained what was needed. The item I requested may not have been dispatched in time for Christmas so the person I spoke to said she would check and call me back. She called me back very quickly and the item arrived on time. Very happy with the service and the product.”

“The two items I got are beautiful and very affordable. I plan on buying more clan gear in the future; this will probably be the tradition for all holidays. I am trying to get the kids interested in the rich history of our Scottish heritage, and these got their attention.”

“It was exciting to order directly with someone in Scotland! Unfortunately I had made my decisions ten days before Christmas, and the factory was closing down for the holiday in a couple. The order taker was very gracious but let me know it would be 4 weeks or more for delivery. Disappointed as I had hoped to give as Christmas gifts. There was also a problem with processing with my bank - had to make arrangements with them for international purchase and then call back. So I had NO expectations on delivery. BUT the box came on Christmas Eve!! Surprise! Delighted with the quality of the items. Will definitely order again from ScotsClan.”
